1. Nature of the Service

NOLVY operates as a curated digital knowledge and educational resources marketplace. All products sold on this platform—including exam practice banks, architectural playbooks, spreadsheets, and Notion templates—are non-tangible, intangible digital goods fulfilled via electronic download.

2. Digital Product License Grant

Upon verified payment confirmation, NOLVY grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single-user license to download, store, view, and use the purchased digital files:

• Personal & Educational Use: You may print physical copies or store files on personal devices (e.g. tablet, e-reader, phone, laptop) for your individual study or operational work.
• Prohibited Actions: You may NOT resell, sub-license, upload to public torrent sites, distribute across unauthorized Telegram/WhatsApp channels, or incorporate substantial portions into competing commercial publications.
• Watermarking: Digital files are dynamically watermarked with your authenticated cryptographic license identifier to deter unauthorized mass redistribution.

3. Pricing & Canonical Settlement Currency

All prices are canonically denominated and calculated in Indian Rupees (INR paise). For the convenience of international customers, estimated foreign exchange equivalents (USD, EUR, GBP) are displayed based on current reference rates. However, all charges processed via Razorpay are settled in the canonical transaction currency shown at checkout.

4. Academic & Examination Disclaimer

NOLVY produces independent educational preparation materials. Unless explicitly noted, NOLVY is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC), the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), or any other governmental examining body. All trademarks and syllabi references belong to their respective authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

NOLVY and NextUp Network provide digital resources on an “as is” and “as available” basis. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the purchase price actually paid by you for the specific digital resource in dispute.
