• Technical Identifiers: IP address and user-agent string captured strictly for fraud prevention and digital watermarking verification.

Payment Data: We do NOT collect, store, or process raw credit card numbers or UPI PINs. All financial transactions are securely processed through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay, adhering to PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is processed strictly for:

• Generating short-lived cryptographically signed download tokens for purchased digital editions.
• Dispatched transaction receipts and errata updates directly to your specified email.
• Maintaining customer library lookup records on the My Downloads dashboard.
• Detecting fraudulent multi-origin download abuse or unauthorized mass distribution.

3. Third-Party Services & Subprocessors

NOLVY engages trusted infrastructure providers to deliver its services:

• Payment Processing: Razorpay Software Private Limited.
• Cloud Storage & Hosting: NextUp Network secure server clusters & Firebase private object storage.
• Analytics: Privacy-conscious, aggregated server-side telemetry with zero cross-site ad tracking.

4. Retention & Deletion Rights

Transactional records are retained for financial compliance and to ensure you retain lifetime re-download access to your purchased resources. You may request account deletion or data anonymization at any time by contacting our privacy officer at privacy@nolvy.store.
