Refund Policy

1. General Policy on Intangible Digital Goods

Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of downloadable digital knowledge assets (PDF guides, code repositories, spreadsheets, and Notion templates), all sales are generally final once the digital download link or file has been accessed or dispatched.

However, NOLVY operates with integrity and customer satisfaction at its foundation. We gladly honor full refunds or replacement entitlements under the specific valid conditions detailed below.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

You are entitled to a 100% full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• Duplicate Transaction / Accidental Double Charge: If you were billed twice for the same order due to network timeout or payment gateway re-submission, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately without question.
• Defective / Corrupted Digital Asset: If the downloaded file is technically corrupted, contains missing pages, unreadable vector text, or broken template links that our technical desk cannot resolve within 48 hours of notification.
• Significant Content Misrepresentation: If the delivered digital edition materially differs from the verified curriculum or features described on the product page (e.g. incorrect syllabus year or incorrect content language).

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds cannot be issued for:

• Change of mind after successful file download and consumption.
• Failure to read the clearly stated Content Language notice (e.g., requesting a refund because a resource explicitly labeled as “Tamil (தமிழ்)” is written in Tamil).
• Inability to open standard universal file formats (PDF, XLSX, Notion) due to outdated user software.
• Examination results or personal academic outcomes.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund review, please email refunds@nolvy.store or use our Support Desk with:

1. Your Order ID (e.g., NOL-2026-TX891).
2. The email address used at checkout.
3. A brief description of the technical issue or duplicate transaction receipt.

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source (Cards, UPI, or NetBanking) within 5 to 7 business days via Razorpay.
